Visibilidad algorítmica de las expertas ambientales latinoamericanas en X/Twitter

X/Twitter es un espacio clave para la comunicación pública de asuntos ambientales, pero la circulación de los mensajes está mediada por regímenes de visibilidad algorítmica que pueden amplificarlos o limitar su alcance, particularmente en contextos donde la agenda ambiental pierde centralidad y las mujeres enfrentan descalificaciones. Este artículo analiza el rol de las mujeres expertas en ambiente a partir de su visibilidad algorítmica en X e identifica rasgos comunicativos y mecanismos de construcción de experticia pública. Para ello, mediante técnicas digitales, se recolectó un corpus de posteos de mujeres, varones y organizaciones expertas publicados en cuatro fechas conmemorativas vinculadas al cuidado ambiental. Los materiales se analizaron comparativamente para identificar diferencias de género en niveles y patrones de circulación; posteriormente, el análisis se concentró en los mensajes de las mujeres expertas. Los resultados muestran que su visibilidad es superior a la de varones y organizaciones, y que dicha amplificación se asocia con su posición institucional y con encuadres informativos ligados a la gobernanza ambiental, más que con apelaciones al cuidado del planeta. Se concluye que ciertas alianzas entre experticia femenina y lógicas algorítmicas favorecen su visibilización, aun cuando en otros escenarios las mujeres hayan sido históricamente menos beneficiadas por estos regímenes.
