Cooperação ciência-indústria: pode também aprender a parte pública?

Este trabalho discute a ideia geralmente aceita de que a cooperação público-privada gera apenas transferências unilaterais de conhecimento a partir das instituições públicas de pesquisa e desenvolvimento para as empresas industriais, e sugere que existem formas colaborativas nas quais a geração do conhecimento é conjunta y que elas se caracterizam pela presença de fluxos bidirecionais de conhecimento. Através de um estudo de casos múltiplos, esse aspecto é pesquisado em três associações público-privadas do setor biofarmacêutico argentino, com foco nos fluxos de conhecimento e na identificação de possíveis processos de aprendizagem que a parte pública desenvolve ao cooperar com as empresas.Downloads
