Promover a transdisciplinaridade para a cocriação do conhecimento

Resumo

Dado o grau de complexidade dos problemas que a sociedade enfrenta, as universidades são chamadas a desempenhar um papel preponderante como instituições que geram e divulgam o conhecimento. Este papel deve ser acompanhado de abordagens epistemológicas, interdisciplinares e transdisciplinares, que promovem o inclusivo e o co-criado com as partes interessadas dos territórios, permitindo avançar para sistemas sociotécnicos sustentável. Daí a necessidade de criar espaços protegidos para a experimentação alinhados com os desafios sociais e ambientais, que facilitam a geração de aprendizagem e reflexividade entre os seus membros. A experiência da Rede Transdisciplinar de Inovação (ReD-IT) da Universidade de Talca é apresentado como um nicho alternativo contra o regime universitário dominante. Procura transformar não só o modelo institucional de R+D+i, mas também estimular um processo de direcionalidade e experimentação, o que encoraja a capacidade de identificar e proteger novas opções radicais, seguindo as orientações da Inovação Transformadora. Através da utilização da perspetiva multinível é possível estabelecer dinâmicas sistémicas entre os três níveis (panorama, regime e nicho). Da mesma forma, o caráter experimental do foi avaliado, através dos critérios de reconhecimento de políticas com potencial transformador, evidenciando diferenças importantes entre as práticas desenvolvidas no âmbito da ReD-TI e as que são habituais ao regime.
