Analise do governo eletrônico desde o perfil dos cidadãos

Este trabalho estuda os fatores sócios demográficos que explicam o nível de adopção do governo eletrônico (AGE) dos cidadãos. O AGE é de origem ordinal e compreende as diferentes plataformas digitais desde sítios web oficiais até redes sociais. Utilizam-se os dados duma enquete online realizada entre outubro e novembro de 2020 a um grupo de cidadãos de Bahia Blanca, Argentina. A metodologia planteada é uma regressão logística e ordinal (modelo de chances proporcionais parciais). Entre os resultados destacam-se que a maior nível educativo, e maior idade, aumenta a propensão a adoptar níveis mais altos de governo eletrônico. O uso da internet no trabalho também explica os maiores níveis de adopção. Mesmo, o género feminino explica positivamente a propensão a realizar o governo eletrônico frente à opção negativa. A opção “outro género” implica uma menor probabilidade em todos os níveis de AGE.
