Abstract

Just over a year ago, on February 10, 2017, the philosopher and mathematician León Olivé died, leaving as a legacy one of the most important philosophical projects developed in Latin America for its impact and transcendence in various academic and social spheres. The monograph that we present below is a compilation of articles in which good friends of Olivé, and better researchers in philosophy and social sciences, discuss these concepts exposing their influence on contemporary philosophy and its projection in current philosophical discussion topics. and futures.

Catedrático emérito de lógica y filosofía de la ciencia y fundador del Instituto de Estudios de la Ciencia y la Tecnología en la Universidad de Salamanca, España. Es co-director de la Revista Iberoamericana de Ciencia, Tecnología y Sociedad —CTS.

Roberto Feltrero, ISFODOSU, MESCyT, República Dominicana.

Actualmente profesor de alta cualificación en el ISFODOSU, programa del MESCyT de la República Dominicana. Colaborador docente en la UNED y en la USAL, España, e investigador colaborador del Seminario sobre Sociedad del Conocimiento y Diversidad Cultural de la UNAM, México.
